How do I cancel my subscription?

iKonX subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap your Apple ID (your name at the top).
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Find iKonX and tap it.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Artists can withdraw earnings from their in-app wallet:

  1. Go to your Wallet tab.
  2. Tap Withdraw.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
  4. Confirm the withdrawal.

Important details:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: $25.00
  • A 5% withdrawal fee is deducted from your withdrawal amount.
  • Funds are transferred to your connected Stripe bank account within 2–5 business days.
  • You must have a verified Stripe Connect account to withdraw.
How do I report a user?

You can report a user in two ways:

  • From their profile: Tap the menu icon (three dots) on the user's profile, then select "Report."
  • From a conversation: Tap the menu icon at the top of the conversation, then select "Report."

You can also email support@ikonx.app with details about the user and the issue. All reports are confidential — the reported user will not know who filed the report.

How do I block a user?

To block a user:

  • From their profile: Tap the menu icon (three dots), then select "Block User."
  • From a conversation: Tap the menu icon, then select "Block User."

When you block someone, they cannot view your profile, send you messages, or create bookings with you. The block takes effect immediately. You can manage blocked users in Settings > Privacy > Blocked Users.

How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your iKonX account:

  1. Open the app and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion.

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  • Your profile, messages, reviews, and uploaded content will be removed.
  • Any pending earnings should be withdrawn before deleting your account.
  • Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Apple (see above).
  • Transaction records may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes.
How do I restore my subscription?

If you reinstalled the app or switched to a new device and your subscription is not showing:

  1. Open iKonX and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. The app will verify your subscription with Apple and restore your access.

If the restore does not work, make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the subscription. If you continue to have issues, contact us at support@ikonx.app.

How long does it take to get a response from support?

We aim to respond to all support inquiries within 24 hours. Most requests are handled much faster. For urgent issues (account security, payment problems), please include "URGENT" in your email subject line.

How do I set up Stripe to receive payments?

To receive payments for messages and bookings, you need a connected Stripe account:

  1. Go to your Wallet tab.
  2. Tap Set Up Payouts (or "Connect Bank Account").
  3. Follow the Stripe onboarding process to verify your identity and connect your bank account.
  4. Once verified, earnings will be available for withdrawal.

Stripe is a PCI-compliant payment processor. iKonX never stores your bank account details directly.
